The web development phase is generally the quietest as we build exactly what was agreed during the design site. We’ll keep you updated so you know we’re on track and once complete the site will enter the “Staging” stage. During this stage, you’ll be given CMS login details and training on how to use your new website.
The site is then handed over to allow you time to gain confidence and add the content you wish to provide to the customers.
We like to keep our training simple. It can be done both in person or via video conferencing and a recording of the training session is provided after which can be referred too at a later date. We provide as many training sessions as required until you’re comfortable so there’s no need to rush at this stage.
And should you have new employees at a later date, don’t worry we can train them too!
